Designed by Gunnar Vilhjálmsson and Kalapi Gajjar, the Linotype Gujarati™ typeface family refreshes the pivotal Gujarati typefaces developed in 1983. The family’s five weights are considered a traditional design, and are optimized for setting lengthy text copy for print projects or on-screen imaging. While faithful to the original design, Linotype Gujarati introduces many design improvements, additional weights, and an extended character set.

Gruffly is a new font brushed very interesting, also provided some ligatures. It is perfect for projects for brands, logos, product packaging, posters, invitations, greeting cards, news, blogs, everything including personal charm etc.

Bluestar is a roundhand script with modern touch. It has round terminals and quite low stroke contrast. It has five weights in upright and italic styles. Bluestar has two sets of capital letters; one is more basic and subtle and the other (Stylistic Set 1) is bigger and fancier. Bluestar has also lots of alternates for ascender, descenders, end swashes etc. to give a good amount of possibilities to play with and make some unique designs. It also has few options for tails and underlines.

Fractul is a geometric sans serif with architectural qualities. Built from the Konnect family—which features geometric forms, classical proportions, a large x-height, and closed apertures—this typeface introduces even more unique and display oriented design details. You'll see this most evidenced in characters like a, f, g, t, y, etc. where certain strokes have been straightened for an angular and modern appearance. Also included is Fractul Alt. This alternate type family furthers the angular design by styling characters like m, n, u, etc. to be rectangular. With this family employed, the typographic voice becomes a little more distinct or avant-garde. Easily switch between these two families to see what works best for the design. Darka is a splendid, mysterious dark lady reincarnated in digital vectors as an original blackletter font. Her gothic, medieval, nocturnal attributes take the form of sharp terminals, seductive curves, calligraphic flair and complex character. Darka blends the balance of Textura, the flow of Fraktur and the elegant lowercase-to-uppercase ratio of Bâtarde into a stylish, inventive typeface with a Mexican soul. Starting as a personal, calligraphic hand, Darka slowly evolved into digital type, developing alternate glyphs, flourishes and special signs to preserve its hand-written origins and delicate tension, making it an excellent display typeface and, surprisingly, even a distinctive, crisp font for short texts. Darka received an Award of Excellence at the Type Directors Club of New York annual competition.

Mihaly is a geometric sans serif with a low contrast. It was designed with care to conserve the feeling of geometric rigor, referring to the constructivist ideal of the 20s. But the homogeneity of its proportions gives it a very modern neutrality, making Mihaly an interesting alternative to classic low-contrasted sans-serif like Din or Interstate. Designed for display setting, Mihaly Display is the first in a family of fonts, with the rest to be completed in the coming future.
